Service and maintenance.
We take good care of our customers. Every 6 to 8 weeks, we are ready to carry out preventive maintenance on your electric delivery bike.
If you have a breakdown on the road in the Netherlands, our ANWB service team will try to get to you within 60 minutes to resolve any issues. The breakdown service does not have any spare parts with them, but they can solve issues such as tightening mounting hardware, replacing an inner tube or removing keys from the lock. If the breakdown service cannot solve the issue, please contact us. Your delivery bicycle never comes to a standstill for long.
