We take good care of our customers. Every 6 to 8 weeks, we are ready to carry out preventive maintenance on your electric delivery bike.
Roadside assistance.
If you have a breakdown on the road in the Netherlands, our ANWB service team will try to get to you within 60 minutes to resolve any issues. The breakdown service does not have any spare parts with them, but they can solve issues such as tightening mounting hardware, replacing an inner tube or removing keys from the lock. If the breakdown service cannot solve the issue, please contact us. Your delivery bicycle never comes to a standstill for long.
Terms and conditions of delivery.
Correct delivery
Your delivery bike will be delivered ready to ride. From the system to the personalised styling, so you can get on your electric bike straight away. The only thing you have to think about is taking the key out of the lock.
Preventive maintenance
Every 6 to 8 weeks our Bike Technician pays you a visit to ensure you can enjoy using your electric bike for as long as possible.
Immediate roadside assistance
Never get stuck. In the Netherlands, our service partner ANWB will try to get to you within 60 minutes to help you.
Fixed amount per month
You pay a fixed amount per month. No additional costs are charged for maintenance and roadside assistance. As long as you take good care of our bike, you’ll never have to pay extra costs. We’ll do the rest.
