Preventive maintenance
every 6 weeks.
Preventive maintenance includes the following activities free of charge:
- Check spoke tension and adjust if needed
- Check front and rear tyre pressure and condition.
- Adjust front and rear brake system.
- Check electrical system, control panel, battery connection
- Check connections for proper operation.
- Check front and rear lighting.
- Check seat position, saddle, handlebar, and grips.

Repair within 48 hours.
Extra service or repairs can be booked within 48 hours at our service locations. Our goal is to perform repairs within 1 hour. In case the repair needs more time you will be offered a replacement bike provided that you pay upfront the costs for repair.
